Enable 2FA under Settings → Account. It protects email and password sign-in with an authenticator app code. Discord and passkey logins use their own factors and are not challenged for TOTP by default. Owners and admins should enable 2FA.

Under Settings → Account you can review active sessions, sign out other devices, and see connected email, Discord, and passkeys. Keep at least one sign-in method linked.

Owners and admins manage the organization (members, billing, Discord, API keys). Managers run roster, calendar, documents, tasks, and tryouts org-wide. Coaches manage events and tasks on assigned teams. Members participate and update their own availability. Viewers are read-only. See Organizations.

Your role may lack the action, or the feature may be locked on your plan. Ask an owner or admin to update your role or upgrade billing.

Yes. Switch between them from the sidebar organization switcher.

Owners open Settings → Organization → Data and ownership. Download a JSON copy, transfer ownership to another member, or delete the organization. Your personal account export and deletion stay under Settings → Account.

No. SquadVault runs Mission Control after a scrim is booked. Import from Gankster or schedule manually, then prep the team. See Scrims.

Scrim events open Mission Control instead of the generic edit dialog — prep, availability, and results live there.

Yes, if the survey access is Public and the survey is open. Share the public link from the builder. Cover images need the custom survey branding feature.

The key is valid but missing a permission for that action, or it belongs to a different organization. Check key permissions and the organization ID in the path or body.
